INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
Johnston Interior Design offers a full range of design and decorating services. FULL SERVICE offerings
are for those with medium to large, or complex projects that need a comprehensive range of interior design services. INTRODUCTORY SERVICES are for those who are new to using a design service or need limited decorating advice. Our fees are structured to reflect what works best for the size and scope of your project, and we take pride in being open and clear about the cost and results expected for our work. For simple, well defined Introductory Services we offer a discounted fixed price. Our menu of Full Service offerings are priced following your First-Steps consultation.
First-Steps Consultation - All of our full service offerings begin here. This
is the ultra-important foundation for the design work we will do to
create your perfect space - the one that answers your every wish and
fits they way you want to live. During this meeting we will review your space, talk
in-depth about the
project and learn about what services would be most valuable to you.
Most importantly, we will draw out information about your individual
preferences and aspirations as they relate to the elements of design. Because your space should be a physical manifestation of your personality, we want to know all about the colors, light, pattern, shapes and
textures, for example, that really thrill you so that our design decisions will be guided by your unique style preferences. We will follow up with a brief meeting to
review our service strategy for your project, and present you with a copy of your Personal Design Profile, which is yours to keep.

Our Best-Position plan gives you a virtual 'peek' at how your room could look - no heavy lifting required! We will use your existing furniture and/or make suggestion on new pieces you could incorporate. And for those who like a little variety, you will have more than one option to choose from.
Day-Tripper Shopping Services - If you're in the market for a few new pieces, but want to sidestep the mistakes and angst of going it alone, we can be your trusted shopping adviser. We have the knowledge, connections and design savvy to make sure you get the look you want, wherever it is you want to make your purchases.
Snap Transformation Accessorizing -
Would you go out half dressed? That's what a room without the right
accessories feels like. Let us arrange your decorative objects (and add
some new ones, if necessary) to give your room that polished designer
look, in a snap! Remember, sometimes it's the little things that count most.
INTRODUCTORY SERVICES
Color-my-Space Paint Selection - Let us take away the confusion and worry of color selection and breathe new life into your space. We will select a palette for wall, ceiling and trim that will harmonize perfectly with your selected furnishings and create complementary transitions from room to room. With large paint samples and options for paint effects making the commitment to liven up your surfaces will be a cinch! Package includes initial in-home consultation* for up to three rooms, and one revision (if required).

Design Guru Consultations - For those that like putting in place their own design creations but sometimes need the expert eye of a seasoned designer to bounce ideas off, confirm selections or edit as you put things in place call on our Design Guru Service. We can provide the simple support you need to be confident you will get the look you aim to achieve. Package includes pre-visit phone consultation, questionnaire and a one hour consultation visit*.
